Where is your organization located?
- Rapture360 is located in Utah, USA
Do you have a customer service phone line?
- At this point because of the small size of our team we do not have a phone line. We ask that all customers submit inquiries in writing to email@example.com. Or use the Contact Us Page
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Domestic shipping tends to take 10-20 business days.
- International shipping times are usually longer.
- Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details.
- Shipping notification will be sent to you once an order is shipped.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept PayPal and any major credit or debit cards.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?
- If you received a damaged or defective item please send us a photograph of the item alog with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to begin the exchange process.
